5. Order Processing & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
Milk & Bed is not liable for late deliveries once parcels have left our warehouse. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is on its way.

6. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind on used or opened bedding.
